DEATH IN ENUGU STATE,NIGERIA

Student cultists in Enugu state,Southeast Nigeria,are at it again…this time; it is between Vikings and Buccaneers cult groups. There was a renewed clash yesterday and,  before you say “jack” two students were already dead. The two unidentified boys between the ages of 25 and 28; were seen lying at Ogui junction with half of the two bodies covered with sack bags. It was gathered that the boys were killed in the night by their rival cult group and brought to the junction, obviously to show their supremacy. It was further gathered that the clash between the two cult group started since December 9,2012 and has left no fewer than eight people dead including one Jude Ngwu, aka white, who was allegedly killed at Ugwueke in Abakpa Urban after he was said to have dropped off one of his friends who had visited him.
As expected, there is serious fear and apprehension within Enugu metropolis as it is the case each time there is clash between student cult groups. Many have however wondered why students would leave their primary purpose of been in school to killing themselves. Not a few have wondered aloud the type of future leaders the country is grooming. Also some have traced the students’ behaviour to today’s parents who are obviously nonchalant towards monitoring their wards. Others have linked the problem to the decay in the society.
